Wanting to make a difference, she strives to be kind and empathetic. Given the complexity and overload of information in this ever-changing world, her greatest interest, as a wearer of different hats, is to explore how to make this information accessible and easily comprehensible through various media.
Currently a Project Management Assistant at the World Trade Organization, she is also one of the ten co-founders and artists of Collectif Kimera, the artist collective that founded and manages the art space, Espace Dukat in Carouge, Switzerland.
Holding the degrees of MA in Space and Communication Design from HEAD Geneva and B.Des in Fashion Communication, NIFT Kolkata, in her professional life, Ankita has collaborated with esteemed institutions such as the Financial Times, National Geographic Photo Camp, WIRED, Dorling Kindersley (a div. of Penguin Random House), Imperial College London, and the Ministry of Textiles (Government of India). She is also a member of NEAR, Swiss Association for Contemporary Photography. She won the best Graduation Project in the Dept. of Fashion Communication among all 15 centres of the National Institute of Fashion Technology, India.
