CUTTING AND BINDINGAtelier Maude Renevier, Collectif Kimera, Elisa Bonami
Recipes are rituals, created together from experiences and memories, capable of evoking and creating the smell of emotions. They are the palates through which one connects and acts as the utensils to engage in collective reflection.
All good dishes take time and care, and so does this one of edible memories with this ever-growing recipe book as the vessel. It acts as a way to contain, archive and convey the warmth of Collectif Kimera’s shared meals and moments. It includes a few reflections, as a complementing flavour, in the form of two essays, from collective member, Ankita and guest artist, Pallavi Keshri.
